AEDÍN IS FOUNDER AND PRODUCING ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF PIONEERING IRISH WOMENS COMPANY, FALLEN ANGEL THEATRE, AND IN 2018 SHE DIRECTED THE OFF BROADWAY PREMIERE OF MY BRILLIANT DIVORCE, STARRING MELISSA GILBERT.  IN 2016 SHE PLAYED THE ROLE OF MORAG IN ITS PRODUCTION OF,  WHEN I WAS A GIRL I USED TO SCREAM AND SHOUT,  A NEW YORK TIMES CRITICS PICK.  



Aedín moloney is an actress and Theatre producer. She has worked extensively in New York, London and Ireland.  IN 2018 Aedin completed her AWARD WINNING play, Yes! reflections of Molly bloom, that she co-adapted with NOVELIST cOLUM McCann, from James Joyces' Ulysses and featuring especially recorded music by hER father, the legendary Paddy Moloney (Founder and leader of The Chieftains),   

yES! rEFLECTIONS OF mOLLY bLOOM  WAS PREMIERED by THE iRISH repertory tHEATRE, AND DIRECTED BY kIRA sIMRING, in 2019. followed quickly by a 2nd on screen production from Miami, in 2020; this time directed by AEdin. followed by a 3rd production in 2022, directed by John Keating.  In 2023 Wild Mountain flower produced a 4th touring production, the wildly successful "ireland 2023 tour" was directed and choreographed by Aedin.   


IN 2020/2021 AEDIN CREATED A PANDEMIC VIDEO STREAMING SERIES"ALONE TOGETHER" CULMINATING IN THE "SPIRIT OF THE FESTIVAL" AWARD FOR HER FILM "RISING"
